- 01 – Blooming Beautiful There are some blooming beautiful shots with soft edges of the flowers. Some are too out of focus. Either all should be in focus or none. Putting the rose in the centre of the arrangement would make a big difference. Merit
- 02 Cold Places. The middle image with the name is a bit distracting. The muted colours and monochrome tied the set together and worked well with the winter theme. Highly Commended.
- 03 The Blue City. Morocco. These lovely images portray the magic of the Blue City well. Having narrower images on the left makes it feel a little unbalanced. the Judges liked the blend of colours. Highly Commended
- 04 – 1948 Farm Truck. The power of red really highlights this classic old truck. The contrast of details and direction of the handles gave interest to the set. A good story line and presented well. Highly Commended
- 06 – Hatea River Each image has a story and together they tell the whole picture of the area. The tacked on label and overlapping images detracted from the overall effect. Merit
- 07 – Triumph The images co ordinate well and the mix of the reflection and background leads the viewer through the series. Triumphs have been around for many years and these images portray this proud motor cycle machine well. A different but good presentation. Honours
- 08 Blue in all its shades. A lovely set of sharp images. However, the set has no connecting story and the top image lets it down. A nice set though. Merit
- 09 – Xmas lights. Looks very much like post cards. The criteria is 3 to 5 images, No ID or title. Accepted
- 10 – Brisbane Lights the Judges loved the monochrome treatment of these Brisbane city images. It helps that the different shapes work as a group. Maybe trim back borders a little. Images are clean and sharp. Honours.
- 11 – Kaka on Show Some really good shots of this mischievous native. The square format means subjects take up frames well. Highly Commended.
- 12 – Zany Zinnias This set of colourful Zinnias are bold and striking. Not sure about the name on the front. Marks on the presentation board downgraded the presentation. A good mix of techniques. Merit
